The City of Leitchfield provides the following services to our citizens through the Public Works Department:
Waste Management
- Residential curbside recycling collection; commercial recycling collection and a conveniently located recycling drop-off center at 510 S. English Street
- Residential, commercial and light industrial collection of solid waste

Transfer Station

- Snow removal, mowing, paving, and maintenance of streets
- Sidewalk construction and maintenance
Traffic Control
- Installation, repair and maintenance of street signs and markings
